Letter should describe following things-

• State the amount of money you borrowed .
• Loan reason.
• Explain the reason you cannot pay any money this month.

Dear Mr. Tom,

This letter is regarding the personal loan (id- R287342Q). The total loan amount was 50,000$ and loan term is 12 months with 2% fixed interest rate. I have opted to pay loan EMI 1000$ on the 1st day of every month.

As according to the loan agreement the primary purpose of my personal loan is to pay college graduation fee. I am closing the payment receipt along with this email, please find the same.

Unfortunately, due to last couple of months extensive computer tying practice my right hand wrist had severe pain. According to the MRI radiologist and doctor I have tendonitis ligament sprain which required couple of weeks physical therapy. The overall cost of medical treatment was 5000$ which I had to bare from my pocket. However, I have filed reimbursement against my medical insurance and I shall be receiving entire amount by the first week of next month.
Thus, I wouldn't be able to pay current month EMI. But I promise to pay current month due amount along with of next month EMI.

Advice your student for not to quit study

Dear Sam,

I heard that you considering dropping out the school in order to pursue the work opportunity. Your sincere dedication towards the education and unique problem solving skills is highly appreciated in the school. In my view you are good student and it's my hope that you would reconsider your decision.

The further education at your level would help in several ways. Firstly,  market always demands for highly qualified people and good education is considered as the first step on the career ladder. I am worried you might not get right exposure in your career due to lack of education. Secondly, when recruiter overlook at your education background they might feel you as someone who quit things easily and not hire you.

Another thing to consider is that the economy is not doing well right now and finding out a job is difficult. In next few years the economy would settle better. therefore, I strongly advice you to continue your education.

Survey- Whether to use community park for food and vegetables stall or furniture resale

Both of the options have absolute and comparative advantages. Though, I see many residents might prefer Option A. If I had to make a choice, however, I would choose option B because of several reasons.

On the one hand, as far as I know there are only few residents in our community resale used furniture, other just prefer to dispose. I understand online selling is one of available option but it involves various concerns such as taking photos, post online on appropriate website, customer visits home, respond to phone calls or email and price decisioning. Secondly, many elder people are not aware about online selling options. Option B would definitely solve most of the these concerns and help to avoid unnecessary waste.

On the other hand, vegetables and fruits are very common in nearby wholesale stores. These stores sells all types of fruits and vegetables at very low cost. I am afraid residents cultivated fruits and vegetables would be more expensive then local stores.

So for the reasons that I have outlines, option B is the better choice.

School survey whether to choose public transport or not for school trips

The option B would be my preference as it has several absolute and comparative advantages.

For one thing, in terms of safety rules and regulations the school bus is always preferred. As we know that all vehicles in US must stop 10 feet distance on either direction during the load and upload of children. Which doesn't apply on public transport. Thus, avoid any accidents.

For another thing, monitoring all kids in public bus is difficult. Along with other passengers in public bus, it's risky as well as challenging to monitor children. However, I understand that children are always accompany by teachers during the field trip and their motive is to teach several real-life lessons to children but this can be achieved using several other ways.

Finally, children safety is primary concern and should not be compromised due to cost factors. There could be alternate solution to fill in the cost. As this activity involves school bus travel cost so all guardian can contribute money to school fund.

So for the above reasons that I have outlined, option B is the better choice.

Day Trip

I had a different idea to try something different this year, I think everyone'd enjoy it. How about a week trip to exotic Yoga center which is located at Vancouver Paradise Beach.

The Exotic Yoga center is located at right across the sunset beach park of Vancouver. I visited this place during the mid of this year with my colleagues for 2 days. I throughly enjoyed the beach side accommodation and Yoga classes. The Yoga lessons I learnt there I still practice in the morning everyday.

I hope everyone is doing well at home and things are fine here. I am so excited about our upcoming family trip and also, you must be busy with it's preparation. I had a thought about trying out something different this year. How about a week trip to Exotic Yoga Center?

The Exotic Yoga center is located at right across the sunset beach park of Vancouver. I visited this place during the mid of this year with my colleagues for 2 days. I throughly enjoyed the beach side accommodation and Yoga classes. The Yoga lessons I learnt I still practice in the morning everyday.

For one thing, I am alluding towards this option by seeing the several health benefits. According to the recent science researches the Yoga has proven enormous health benefits related to stomach, heart and eyes. I learnt many lessons during my previous visit and I rehab everyday early morning, and I have been noticing many health benefits.

For another thing, the Yoga classes timings are 5AM to 7 AM and 6 PM to 7 PM. Which also bring self-discipline (early to rise, early to bed) in life and good for kids.

Last but not least, this center is running huge promotions to gain popularity, thus, it cost 40% less than the usual classes and accommodation. This location would be convenient for everyone to travel, 2 hrs road trip from Vancouver city center.
