I am writing this letter to report the several inconveniences we have been facing during our recent visits to your cafe at N Greenway RD. I enjoy visiting your cafe very often with a group of my friends. I am addicted to your store's Mocha coffee and that's the first thing in the morning my taste buds crave for. My friends also enjoy several other products from your store.
Over the past few weeks, we have observed that the cafe isn't hygiene, and tables, seats are not clean the way it used to be in past. Irrespective of our efforts to inform this to cafe staff they are least concerned about cleanliness here. Every day we have to spend time cleaning our tables and seats.
I think this has been bothering other cafe guests and it might impact cafe popularity and enforce people to look for alternate options. In my opinion, you should purchase the robotics solution for cleaning (Roomba) or hire more staff members. This change would be also appreciated by other cafe guests too.
