I hope everyone is doing well at home and things are fine here. I am so excited about our upcoming family trip and also, you must be busy with it's preparation. I had a thought about trying out something different this year. How about a week trip to Exotic Yoga Center?
The Exotic Yoga center is located at right across the sunset beach park of Vancouver. I visited this place during the mid of this year with my colleagues for 2 days. I throughly enjoyed the beach side accommodation and Yoga classes. The Yoga lessons I learnt I still practice in the morning everyday.
For one thing, I am alluding towards this option by seeing the several health benefits. According to the recent science researches the Yoga has proven enormous health benefits related to stomach, heart and eyes. I learnt many lessons during my previous visit and I rehab everyday early morning, and I have been noticing many health benefits.
For another thing, the Yoga classes timings are 5AM to 7 AM and 6 PM to 7 PM. Which also bring self-discipline (early to rise, early to bed) in life and good for kids.
Last but not least, this center is running huge promotions to gain popularity, thus, it cost 40% less than the usual classes and accommodation. This location would be convenient for everyone to travel, 2 hrs road trip from Vancouver city center.
