School survey whether to choose public transport or not for school trips

The option B would be my preference as it has several absolute and comparative advantages.

For one thing, in terms of safety rules and regulations the school bus is always preferred. As we know that all vehicles in US must stop 10 feet distance on either direction during the load and upload of children. Which doesn't apply on public transport. Thus, avoid any accidents.

For another thing, monitoring all kids in public bus is difficult. Along with other passengers in public bus, it's risky as well as challenging to monitor children. However, I understand that children are always accompany by teachers during the field trip and their motive is to teach several real-life lessons to children but this can be achieved using several other ways.

Finally, children safety is primary concern and should not be compromised due to cost factors. There could be alternate solution to fill in the cost. As this activity involves school bus travel cost so all guardian can contribute money to school fund.

So for the above reasons that I have outlined, option B is the better choice.
